Here’s How Simple Myco6in1 LC/MS/MS is to Use:

PBS Sample Extraction (Extract A): Grind and weigh sample; Add PBS; Shake and centrifuge; Separate and filter PBS extract
Methanol Sample Extraction (Extract B): Add methanol; Shake and centrifuge; Dilute and filter methanol:
PBS extract
Absorb and Elute: Pass extract B over column; Wash column; Pass extract A over column; Wash column; Elute toxins and collect in cuvette
Measure: Dry down and reconstitute eluate; Inject eluate into LC/MS/MS; Determine concentrations of each mycotoxin
